Our Center's Director Professor Thomas Chan delivered in his seminar "An update account of the Development of the Belt and Road Initiative"

On 19th November 2022 our Center's Director Professor Thomas Chan who is also Director of One Belt One Road Institute of Chu Hai College of Higher Education in Hong Kong delivered in his seminar "An update account of the Development of the Belt and Road Initiative" online and on site in the college 's campus. Professor Chan's event as always provides a very interesting accounting of the latest development in the  Belt and Road countries and in this he gives the audience his view on the rise of and importance of Central Asia in the Belt development and how the Russian Ukraine war disrupted the railway development in the Euro Asia link.
