On April 3, 2019, Center Chairman Mr. Joseph Chan attended DBS Greater Bay Area Conference 2019 as a panelist. The conference was organised by DBS Bank at Shenzhen Grand Hyatt and Mr. C.Y. Leung, Vice Chairman, National Committee, Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Former Chief Executive, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, delivered keynote speech. In panel discussion, Mr. Chan discussed with other guests on “Technology & Capital Innovation in GBA”.
